Montenegro government has appointed two marketing agents and two due diligence firms for the citizenship by investment program. The program will run for 3 years offering citizenship decisions to 2000 applicants.

Now that marketing agents and due diligence firms have been appointed, the special citizenship scheme will open for first applications in Q4 2019 and will be fully operational in 2020.
